Butterflies – Pre-school

Welcome to class Butterflies!

Our fantastic Pre-school class is staffed by a qualified teacher providing a wide range of continuous provision opportunities planned from quality story books and children’s interests. We operate a Key Person system which provides one person to whom parents can communicate and who knows your child well, their likes and dislikes, styles of learning and interests. This person is responsible for observing the development of your child, making assessments on their progress and planning appropriate next steps for their learning. Mrs Nuttall is our pre-school teacher and she is supported by our teaching assistant, Mrs Leech. Miss Hogan will support in pre-school on a Wednesday afternoon. The classroom is large and self-contained, with its own toilets and access to the outside environment.

Our Butterflies are aged 3 and 4 years old.
